SCENE 1 — THE LIM HOUSE PREPARATION CHAOS

Luke is trying to leave the house quietly.

He fails.

Nikki spots him immediately.

Nikki: “KUYA. Why are you wearing cologne? The expensive one.”

Luke: “I always wear this.”

Nikki: “No. You wear that when you’re nervous.”

Abby enters.

Abby: “Kuya, are you going on a date?”

Luke: “No.”

Nikki: “Yes.”

Abby: “YES!”

Maya appears behind them.

Maya: “Anak… where are you taking Bella?”

Luke: “Ma…”

Maya: “Hmm. Not a denial.”

Richard pats Luke’s shoulder.

Richard: “Good luck, son.”

Luke sighs.

SCENE 2 — BELLA PREPARES

Bella is in her room, staring at her mirror.

She changes her top.

Then changes again.

Then again.

Manang Fe enters.

Manang Fe: “Apo… bakit ang dami mong damit?”

Bella: “I… have a date.”

Manang Fe: “AY. Finally.”

Bella blushes.

SCENE 3 — THE PICKUP

Luke arrives at Bella’s house.

He knocks.

Bella opens the door.

Luke freezes.

Bella looks… beautiful.

Soft.

Warm.

Simple.

Perfect.

Luke: “Hi.”

Bella: “Hi.”

They stare at each other for a moment too long.

Bella blushes.

Luke clears his throat.

Luke: “Ready?”

Bella: “Yes.”

SCENE 4 — THE CAR RIDE

Bella sits quietly.

Luke keeps glancing at her.

Bella notices.

Bella: “Why are you looking at me?”

Luke: “I’m not.”

Bella: “You are.”

Luke: “I’m… checking if you’re comfortable.”

Bella: “I am.”

Luke smiles.

Bella melts.

SCENE 5 — THE DATE LOCATION

Luke brings Bella to a quiet rooftop café.

Fairy lights.

Soft music.

Warm air.

City lights glowing.

Bella gasps.

Bella: “Luke… this is beautiful.”

Luke: “I wanted something… peaceful.”

They sit.

Bella looks around, smiling.

Luke looks at her instead.

SCENE 6 — THE SOFT TALK

They talk about everything:

• Abby’s school fair
• Nikki’s love triangle
• Maya’s detective mode
• Richard’s dad jokes
• Bella’s dreams
• Luke’s fears

Then the conversation softens.

Bella: “Luke… why did you choose this place?”

Luke: “Because… I wanted you to feel safe.”

Bella’s heart races.

SCENE 7 — THE HAND MOMENT

Bella reaches for her drink.

Luke reaches for his.

Their hands touch.

They freeze.

Bella looks up.

Luke looks down.

Neither pulls away.

Bella blushes.

Luke smiles softly.

SCENE 8 — THE REAL DATE MOMENT

Luke takes a deep breath.

Luke: “Bella… I meant everything I said in the garden.”

Bella nods.

Her eyes soften.

Bella: “I know.”

Luke: “And… I want to know you more. Properly. Not just as coworkers. Not just as friends.”

Bella’s breath catches.

Bella: “I want that too.”

Luke’s chest rises sharply.

He looks relieved.

Happy.

In love.

SCENE 9 — DORIS & LIZA (OF COURSE)

Suddenly, two heads pop up from behind a plant.

Doris: “OH MY GOSH FIRST DATE!”

Liza: “THEY’RE HOLDING HANDS!”

Bella jumps.

Luke sighs.

Luke: “Doris. Liza. Go home.”

Doris: “Sorry po, Sir Luke!”

Liza: “We support you!”

They run away.

Bella hides her face.

Luke laughs softly.

SCENE 10 — THE ALMOST KISS (AGAIN)

Bella stands at the rooftop edge, looking at the city lights.

Luke walks beside her.

He gently tucks her hair behind her ear.

Bella freezes.

Luke leans in slightly.

Bella’s breath trembles.

Their faces inch closer.

Their noses touch.

Their lips almost—

A waiter suddenly appears.

Waiter: “Sir, Ma’am, your dessert po!”

Luke steps back.

Bella covers her face.

SCENE 11 — ENDING MOMENT

Luke drives Bella home.

He walks her to the gate.

Bella: “Thank you… for tonight.”

Luke: “Thank you… for saying yes.”

Bella blushes.

Luke smiles softly.

Luke: “Bella… this is just the beginning.”

Bella: “I know.”

She walks inside.

Luke watches her — hopeful, steady, in love.

Maya calls him.

Maya: “Anak… did you kiss?”

Luke: “Ma!”

Maya: “Hmm. Next time.”

Fade out.
