Bella arrives at the office early.
She’s nervous.
Excited.
Shy.
Glowing.
She sits at her desk, touching her chest lightly.
Bella (whispering):
“Okay… breathe… you confessed… he confessed… breathe…”
Doris suddenly appears.
Doris: “BELLA. UPDATE.”
Bella: “Doris…”
Liza: “Did you kiss?”
Bella: “LIZA!”
Bella hides behind her laptop.
SCENE 2 — LUKE ARRIVES

Luke enters the office.
He looks different.
Calmer.
Happier.
Softer.
He sees Bella.
He stops.
She looks up.
Their eyes meet.
Everything slows.
Bella blushes.
Luke smiles — the soft smile he only uses with her.
He walks toward her.
Luke: “Hi.”
Bella: “Hi.”
Doris and Liza faint behind a filing cabinet.
SCENE 3 — AWKWARD BUT SWEET
Luke sits beside Bella’s desk.
Luke: “About last night…”
Bella’s heart races.
Bella: “Yes?”
Luke: “I meant everything.”
Bella melts.
Bella: “Me too.”
They stare at each other.
Too close.
Too soft.
Too warm.
Bella looks away shyly.
Luke smiles again.
SCENE 4 — MAYA’S INTERVENTION
Maya enters the office.
She sees Luke and Bella sitting close.
She smiles.
Maya: “Good morning, lovebirds.”
Luke chokes.
Bella turns red.
Maya: “Anak, Bella… come to the house later. I cooked dinner.”
Bella: “Tita Maya… you don’t have to—”
Maya: “I want to.”
Luke looks at Bella.
Bella nods shyly.
SCENE 5 — LIM HOUSE EVENING
Bella arrives at the Lim house.
Nikki opens the door dramatically.
Nikki: “ATE BELLA! Welcome to the house of kilig!”
Bella: “Nikki…”
Abby: “Ate Bella, Kuya is in the garden. He’s waiting.”
Bella freezes.
Her heart jumps.
She walks toward the garden.
SCENE 6 — THE FIRST HUG
Luke is standing under the fairy lights.
He turns when he hears her footsteps.
He smiles softly.
Bella steps closer.
Bella: “Hi.”
Luke: “Hi.”
Silence.
Warm.
Comfortable.
Charged.
Bella looks down.
Bella: “Luke… I’m still nervous.”
Luke steps closer.
Luke: “Me too.”
Bella looks up.
Luke gently reaches for her hand.
She lets him.
He squeezes lightly.
She squeezes back.
Then—
Luke slowly pulls her into his arms.
Bella gasps softly.
Her hands land on his chest.
His arms wrap around her.
They stay like that.
Still.
Quiet.
Safe.
Bella closes her eyes.
Luke rests his chin lightly on her head.
Luke (soft):
“I’ve wanted to do this for a long time.”
Bella’s voice trembles.
Bella:
“Me too.”
They hold each other tighter.
It’s not dramatic.
It’s not loud.
It’s not rushed.
It’s gentle.
Warm.
Real.
Their first official hug.
SCENE 7 — FAMILY SPYING (OF COURSE)
